Canned Pineapple is preserved in various packing media in hermitically sealed tin.
Available for both standard grade-mature yellowish color and choice grade-golden yellow color from ripe pineapple

Crushed : coarse and fine crushed

Packing Media : Acidified Water Brix 0, Light Syrup Brix 14-17,

Heavy Syrup Brix 18-22 and Natutal Juice Brix 10-14

Pineapple Juice is freshly squeezed from fresh pineapple. Available in both Not From Concentrate (NFC) and juice concentrate in aseptic/frozen form

Single strenght juice/NFC : Brix: 10-14. Light yellowish color and pineapple flavour

Pineapple juice concentrate : Brix: 60, 65. Yellowish color and pineapple flavour
